The petitioner has moved this Court against the order of confiscation which is an appealable order before the learned Sessions Judge.
Learned counsel or the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file statutory appeal within a period of 30 days from today.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.
