This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Amba P.S. Case No.101 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The motorcycle, golden chain, cash and mobile phones were looted from the informant. 4.

The name of the petitioner has come during the investigation. He has similar antecedent. He is in custody since 05.05.2023.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing nine months of judicial custody and after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Amba Police Station, District- Aurangabad on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. 7.
