The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 20.1.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.30997 of 2014. It is submitted that since the said order could not be communicated to the court below in time, the petitioner could not surrender within the period prescribed therein. It is thus submitted that time fixed for surrender may hence be extended so as to enable the petitioner to comply with the order. Considering the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time for surrender of the petitioner fixed in the order dated 20.1.2015 is extended by three weeks from today.
