The petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Section(s) 341, 448, 323, 307, 337, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties for dispute of Rasta (path). There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner in the written report. The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50089 of 2018 (3) dt.01-10-2018 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Kaimur, Bhabhua, in Ramgarh P.S. Case No.168 of 2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
