No. 14678 of 2009.

Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to an order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 29655 of 2010 (Rajiv Ranvijay Kumar & Ors. Vs. State of

Patna High Court MJC No.2271 of 2010 dt.15-02-2017 2/2 Bihar & Ors.) on 26th of November, 2012 wherein, the petitioner therein, was permitted to withdraw the Special Leave Petition with liberty to move the authorities concerned, who shall take a decision thereon expeditiously.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the similar matter, the present Contempt Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a final decision in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court within a period of three months from today.
