The petitioner is in custody in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 191 of 2020 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In the instant case the petitioner was not named in the first information report and he is in custody since 12.08.2020, yet he has not been put on test identification parade. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.08.2020, yet he has not been put on test identification parade, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him.
