2. This application has been filed for modification of the bail order dated 05.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78416 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is poor labour working in fruit market at Surat, Gujarat under a private contractor and he could not obtain leave from his employer. Therefore, he seeks further four weeks' time to surrender before the learned Court concerned within the stipulated time.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection for the same.

5. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the application, the present Modification Application stands allowed.

6. Further four weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court concerned.

7. Accordingly, the order dated 05.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78416 of 2025, stands modified to the above extent.
