In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 378 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 366 (A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made by the informant that his daughter was studying in S.P. Jain College, Arrah, went to appear at the examination, but she did not return. The apprehension has been shown that the accused persons have taken her for the marriage. Allegation has been made that when the informant had approached the petitioners, they assaulted him.

No.26608 of 2016 (2) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 The counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners themselves have filed an informatory application with regard to elopement of his brother as it appears, the daughter of the complainant as well as his brother has gone of their own volition. There is no allegation against the petitioners with regard to kidnapping or otherwise and they have not assaulted the informant, but have wrongly been implicated in the present case. As there is no allegation against the petitioners that they were involved in kidnapping of the daughter of the informant, looking to facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 378 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
