2 Learned counsel for the petioner submits that by issuing the appointment letter dated 06.03.2013 bearing Memo No 438, though he has been brought in the regular establishment but the same has resulted in obliteration of his past services and other benefits earned earlier. He submits, with reference to one Saroj Devi the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17507 of 2014 dt.24-07-2018 2/2 respondents have regularized her ad hoc appointment treating her service to be with effect from her entry as ad hoc employee. 3 Seeking parity in this respect, the petitioner has filed representation which is at Annexure 6 of the writ petition. He submits that the respondents may be directed to take final decision with respect to the petitioner's claim having regard to the benefits granted to Saroj Devi and some others if the petitioner approaches before respondent No 2 by filing a comprehensive representation within a period of four weeks from today.

4 In the event, such representation is filed, respondent No 2 would be obliged to consider the same in the background of the fact that the petitioner has been given the employment on compassionate basis in relaxation of the Rules and having regard to the parity in matters with other similarly situated persons and dispose of the same within eight weeks.

5 Writ petition stands disposed of.
