2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.
3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner tried to outrage modesty of informant and her daughter and made obscene videos, and also threatened informant to make the said videos viral on internet.
4. It is submitted that specific accusation of making obscene video is against co-accused Rohit Jha. Allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because he is cousin

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P. S. Case No. 116 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
