This Court on perusal of the order passed in the connected writ application would find that the petitioner of this case was petitioner nos. 11 to the connected writ application and for him the direction was to take a decision for his promotion and if he was also found entitled for promotion, he was to be given only the notional benefit because financial benefit was specifically denied to him by the said order.

That being so, this Court would direct the District Education Officer, Madhubani and the District Programme Officer, Madhubani to ensure that the case of the petitioner for

Patna High Court MJC No.6535 of 2013 (2) dt.24-04-2015 promotion should be considered strictly in terms of the order of this Court dated 27.8.2013 in CWJC No. 2840 of 2013. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
