JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant and her husband and causing injuries to them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that injury is not on the vital part of the body and two persons were said to have assaulted.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that the impugned order clearly shows that doctor has found fracture on nasal bone on the

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. They may surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
