The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No.152 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 452, 341, 307, 384, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have made four round fire, while demanding extortion money. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is

No.43108 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/3 further submitted that this is the second attempt of prayer for regular before this Court earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33508 of 2024. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.11.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

In view of the submissions, as made above, as it appears from perusal of FIR, seizure list and impugned order that allegation against this petitioner is to have made four round firing and on next day a country made pistol was recovered from the possession of this petitioner and other coaccused, namely, Kundan Kumar granted bail by this Court as only one live cartridge has been recovered from his possession. Further the petitioner is has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.11.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
