The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application non-payment of salary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not paid salary due to pending vigilance enquiry between 01.02.2015 to 18.04.2018 after vigilance enquiry the petitioner was allowed to join on 25.04.2018 and since then petitioner is regularly working but he has not been paid salary. Considering the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take

Patna High Court CWJC No.14234 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner if the petitioner appointment does not suffer from any manipulation, fraud or misrepresentation and he has been deprived of his salary since 01.02.2015 to 18.04.2018. The respondents shall ensure payment of salary to the petitioner for the aforesaid period 01.02.2015 to 18.04.2018 and thereafter, the respondents have to ensure payment of salary to the petitioner on joining the post on 25.04.2018. Necessary decision in this regard shall be taken to the respondents within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
