For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ambika Bhagat For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. M. Dayal, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 30-06-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M. Dayal APP for the State.
The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
On going through the FIR, it appears that the allegation of piercing dagger blow into the stomach of the husband of the informant is attributed to the petitioner. The FIR was lodged in 2014, whereas the application is filed in 2016. Considering the allegations and other materials reflected from the record, I do not feel inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The prayer is rejected. rohit/- (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) U T
