2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 354, 427, 379, 147 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioner are said to have assaulted the informant. When other family members came to rescue the informant, the accused persons attacked upon them. It is further alleged that co-accused, Suraj Kumar took out Rs. 20,000/- and mangalsutra from neck of the informant's mother-in-law.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that FIR itself shows that there is previous land dispute between the parties. It has further been submitted that injuries inflicted upon the informant are found to be simple in nature.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-8, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
