2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 104 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 03.04.2025, Inspector (GD), Nirbhay Kumar Singh, Commandant 71 Bn SSB, Motihari, lodged a written report at Piprakothi Police Station. He reported that on 21.03.2025, one person named Vijay Singh appeared at the SSB, Motihari (Bihar) camp with related documents to join the post of Constable (GD). On
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45384 of 2025(4) dt.16-09-2025 2/3 scrutiny, it was found that the candidate has posed himself as Vijay Singh S/o Ramveer Singh and Smt. Foolan Devi, Gwalior, M.P. but the photographs and details in school mark-sheets, verification sheet, admit card, Aadhaar card, PAN card, domicile certificate etc., did not match and appeared to be two different persons. Further, the petitioner has confessed his real name as Ankit Sharma S/o Brijesh Kumar and Smt. Pushpa Devi, Vill, P.O. and P.S. Bhikanpur, District- Agra, U.P. and he has submitted Intermediate marksheet from Janta INT College from Fatehabad, Agra by enclosing copy of Aadhar card. The petitioner also disclosed that all documents as well as recruitment process has been obtained/ managed by an agent Rahul @ Vijay Singh in lieu of a sum of Rs. 8 lakh.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not submitted any forged certificate before employment committee and all the documents submitted by the petitioner before employment committee was issued by reputed institute. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 104 of 2025.
7. The application stands allowed.
