This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2023 registered under section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one country made pistol and cartridge from the petitioner. Petitioner has no other offence of similar nature. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42586 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2023.
