2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction upon the respondents authorities to protect his life, liberty and property appertaining to Thana No. 70, Khata No. 75, and Khesra No. 32 having an area of 1 acre 35 dismil
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1246 of 2025(2) dt.26-06-2025 2/2 situated in Mauza- Fatehpur, of the petitioner and his family members from the private respondents as well as accused persons of Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023 registered under section 384, 506 & 34 of the IPC and also for arresting the accused persons of the case.
3. For the relief sought by the petitioner, he is given liberty to move the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna with a representation. If the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna finds substance in the representation of the petitioner then he will pass necessary orders in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
