The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.241 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of I.P.C. of the I.P.C. and Section 38(1)(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Accusation is that in course of search of the house of the petitioner in connection with Kadamkuan P.S.Case No.281/17 registered on 4.7.2017 under Sections 419, 420, 468, 472 and 120(b) of the I.P.C. by the police 107 currencies of 104 foreign countries, several PAN Cards, Adhar Cards, three Passports,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44176 of 2017 (3) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 Driving Licences, four bottles of Indian made foreign liquor recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 9.7.2017 and the charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. Except Kadamkuan P.S.Case No.281/17 petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.3488/17 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.241 of 2017 subject to the conditions that one surety must be parent of the petitioner.
