The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2023/ G.R No. 2013 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.04.2023.

It is alleged that daughter of the informant was assaulted by the petitioner.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing

No.42378 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M-1st Class, Nalanda at Bihar sharif in connection with Chhabilapur P.S.
