JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 295 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of huge quantity of foreign as well as Jharkhand made wine.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and petitioner is owner of the lodge from which alleged recovery was made and the said lodge was given on rent to the students. Further petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 27.07.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.
