The said order has been set aside in Civil Appeal No. 4273 of 2014 on 6th of January, 2016 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the matter has been remitted back to this

Patna High Court MJC No.777 of 2010 dt.16-02-2017 2/2 Court. After remand, the matter is pending for consideration. In view of the fact that the order under contempt has since been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Contempt Application is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
