1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner prays for issuance of writ preferably in the nature of certiorari setting aside the order dated-31.12.2022 passed in Encroachment Case No. 10/2022-23 passed by the Respondent Circle Officer, Kishanpur, whereby and whereunder the proceeding of encroachment case has illegally been dropped without considering the entire

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievances, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law, as far as the order dated 31.12.2022, passed by the Circle Officer, Kishanpur, District- Supaul, in connection with Encroachment Case No.10 of 2022-23, is concerned. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
