2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the modification of order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6349 of 2024.

3. In this case on 16.04.2024, the relief was granted to the three petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 6349 of 2024 who were to appear before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks.

4. They failed to appear and now the modification petition has been filed informing that they never got information about the relief that was extended to them.

5. Considering the averments made in paragraph nos. 3 to 9, the modification petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and the receipt has to be submitted along with the bail bond.

6. The period of surrender is further extended for four weeks from today.
