2. After some arguments, Mr. Ram Prawesh Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to prefer a

Patna High Court CWJC No.13034 of 2019 dt.06-02-2023 2/2 revision petition against the order cancelling the license of the petitioner and the appellate order affirming the same.

Should such a revision petition be filed before the concerned authority within a period of 30 days, it shall be considered and after giving reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to represent her cause, a final order shall be passed within a period of 60 days thereafter, giving reasons in support of the same.
