This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the FIR bearing Belaganj P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the son of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others (2020) 10 SCC 118, this application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
