JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard the Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The application is filed with a grievance that certified copy of the orders passed in Certificate Case No. 358/2008-09 were not supplied even upon filing of requisition (chirkut) on 11.1.2013. A counter affidavit is filed. In paragraph 5, it is stated that certified copy was prepared and the same was made ready for delivery on 26.02.2013. However, the petitioner did not receive the same and, as such, the certified copy has been sent to the petitioner at the given address. There is no rejoinder to the counter affidavit.
Considering the above, it appears the grievance of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3733 of 2014 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 petitioner has been redressed, as such, the application has become infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
