The petitioner is in custody on his remand in connection with the present case since 21.06.2017 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the petitioner that he was arrested in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2016 and thereafter, on the basis of the statement made by the co-accused, the petitioner has been remanded in connection with the present case. He further submits that thereafter, the petitioner has been remanded in string of cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade till
