The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ of in the nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the office order issued by the respondent no. 2, as contained in Letter No. 7848 dated 30.06.2011, wherein, the said respondent has directed all the District Magistrate as well as all the D.D.C of entire districts of State of Bihar, to recover the cost of left over foodgrains (rice) allotted under S.G.R.Y. Scheme from all the licenses of P.D.S. in the State of Bihar at cost of Rs. 1370.00 per quintal failing which the licenses have been threatened with legal action. (ii) For further direction/directions to the respondents directing them to restrain from initiating certificate case or F.I.R. against the license of P.D.S. for not depositing the price of rice allotted to them under SGRY scheme, at the rate of 13.70 per quintal.
(iii) For issuance of writ/writs, direction/directions, command/commands commanding upon the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15706 of 2011 dt.20-11-2018 2/2 respondents not to take coercive steps against those licences of P.D.S. of Bihar, against whom F.I.R. or Certificate Case has been instituted for not depositing the price of left over rice allotted under S.G.R.Y. Scheme at the rate of Rs. 13.70 per quintal as directed by the respondents.
(iv) For any other appropriate relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Enquiry Commission headed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Udai Sinha (Retired) has now submitted its report and any further action in relation to recovery of the value of undistributed rice under the SGRY Scheme would abide by the decision of the State Government to be taken on the basis of such report.
4. In the above view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach this Court afresh as and when the occasion arises in future.
