JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2024 Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment dated 11.04.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 7322 of 2017 (Abdus Samad vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 11.04.2018 and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of matric trained scale upon completion of three years from the date of joining since petitioners cannot be faulted in the matter of non-sending them for service training.

3. It is needless to state that necessary decisions in

Patna High Court CWJC No.9637 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 this regard be taken within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, consequential benefits be also made.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
