The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.13 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS 2023.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim. He is in custody since 08.03.2025 having clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
