2. This is the modification petition with regard to Cr. Misc. No. 29658 of 2026.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typographical error in the prayer portion of the petition, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender, subject to the satisfaction of the "Learned Court of the Addl. District and Sessions Judge-II, DistrictArwal" in place of "Subject to the satisfaction of the Learned Court of C.J.M., District -Arwal."

4. On perusal of the modification petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present modification petition is allowed and, accordingly, the order dated 06.05.2026 is also modified to the extent that the anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners on furnishing bail bonds subject to the satisfaction of the Learned Court of C.J.M., District -Arwal.
5. The other parts of order dated 06.05.2026 shall remain intact.
