The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Atri P.S. case No. 74 of 2016 under Section 308, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(1) (x) of the SC/ST Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police after investigation found the case true under the bailable Sections of the IPC and granted bail to the petitioners. In this view of the fact, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition.

Prayer is allowed.

This anticipatory bail petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
