The Petitioner No.1 in compliance with the undertaking deposited the entire amount but the Complainant backed out. Since the application has already stood disposed of, I am unable to apply myself on the merits of the case, which was filed for quashing of the order of cognizance dated 8.2.2008 passed by the C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. case No.141 of 2007 (Trial No.3521 of 2008) arising out of original

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38050 of 2008 (13) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 Complaint case No.2034 of 2007.

Hence, no order need be passed.
