01-07-2016 Heard Sri Abhay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is accused in a case, in which while committing dacoity, one person was killed and another was given fire-arm injury and dacoity was committed in a petrol pump, apprehends his arrest. The case was registered in the year 2012, vide Katra P.S. Case No. 71 of 2012 under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent and at belated stage, petitioner's name has come in the present case. Be that as it may, keeping in view the seriousness of the accusation and the material, which is evident from the order of the learned court below, I do not find any ground to extend the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26552 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
