1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant alleges that on 04.01.2023, when he was having food in his house, when petitioner No. 1 along with Ramdev Yadav came and assaulted him with an Iron Rod, thereafter, petitioner No. 2 assaulted Gangeshari Devi with stone

No.43014 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/3 causing injury on head, thereafter, it is alleged that petitioner No. 3 assaulted Urmila Devi with lathi causing injury on her head and further assaulted by brick on her face, and petitioner No. 4 assaulted Mahendra Singh with brick causing injury on his head and thereafter, assaulted Baban Singh with brick causing injury on his forehead and the petitioner No. 1 snatched ornaments from possession of Urmila Devi.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner No. 2, 3 and 4 are women.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing vehemently, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner No. 2.
6. Permission is accorded.

It is next submitted that as far as allegation of assault against petitioner No. 1 is alleged, the informant does not disclose that on which part of the body, he was assaulted by petitioner No. 1 and Ramdev Yadav, it is next submitted that petitioner No. 3 and 4 have been alleged with ornamental allegations of assault, it is also submitted that the petitioners are agnates and they are having land dispute.

9. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) HarshPandey/- U T
