Mr. Alok Ranjan counsel for the petitioner looking to the statement made in the show cause fairly states that the order dated 20.08.2013 passed in CWJC No. 21740 of 2012 (Annexure1) as extended by order dated 25.09.2013 (Annexure-1/1) has already been complied with. He however states that the petitioner
