2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to respondent no.5 the Commission Darbhanga Division Darbhanga-cum- Arbitrator N.H.A.I.,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11648 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 Project Division, Darbhanga for early disposal of the N.H.A.I. Project Division, Darbhanga mediation case No. 115/2023 for declaration that this petitioner's land acquired is residential-cum-commercial and petitioners are entitled for the Compensation of their acquired land treating it commercial cum residential and for other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled.

3. The simple prayer of the petitioner is to let respondent no. 5, the Commissioner, Dharbhanga, Division Darbhanga-cum-Arbitrator dispose of the mediation case no. 115 of 2023 to its logical conclusion.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that the matter shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. This Court expects that the aforesaid mediation case no. 115 of 2023, if not disposed of, shall be taken to its logical conclusion after hearing the parties by 31st December, 2025.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
