2. The Modification application has been filed with a prayer to extend further four weeks time to enable the petitioners to furnish their bail bond in compliance with the order of this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to compelling medical conditions, petitioners failed to surrender before the learned court below.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, time to surrender of the petitioners before Ld. trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30817 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 court be extended for two weeks from today i.e. on or before 12.07.2024.

6. This order shall be treated as part of order dated 01.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68995 of 2022.

7. Accordingly, the present Modification petition stands allowed and disposed off.
