The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that allegation of assault is on co-accused Sanjoor as well as his mother, namely, Bibi Falgun. So far the petitioners and others are concerned they have been described as member of mob. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Sk. Allauddin , Sk. Naushad and Ojifa Bibi be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31680 of 2016 (2) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Manihari P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
