This is an application for bail in connection with Thakaraha P.S.Case No. 84 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of dowry death and petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that during course of investigation witnesses have stated that deceased has committed suicide. However, petitioners came and brought the dead body and cremation was done without informing her family members or police and they are in custody for more than three

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
However, once charge has been framed in this case, learned court below will release the petitioners on bail to its own satisfaction, if an application for bail is filed on their behalf, on the condition that they will co-operate in trial. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
