The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 183/2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 493, 323, 342, 448, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

Earlier petition of anticipatory bail of this petitioner was disposed off on merit by order dated 03.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38263/2018 on the ground that petitioner was ready to keep his wife with full care and dignity.

Submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that there was no love affair between the petitioner and O.P. No. 2. The marriage was also not performed between them. It is further submitted that father of O.P. no. 2 wants to get his daughter

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50578 of 2018 (3) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 married with this petitioner.

The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed on behalf of petitioner was disposed off on merit after considering all the submissions made by the petitioner.

Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in this petition.

The present anticipatory bail petition filed by petitioner is not maintainable and the same is rejected. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
