In sum and substance, what is stated that the Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of, accordingly, the payment of interest, which was due to the petitioner as per the order of this Court, amounting to Rs.49,355.00, has been ordered to be paid through the petitioner's State Bank of India Bank account as available to the authorities. By now it should have been credited in the account. Upon this undertaking of opposite party no.6, this application is disposed of.
