The petitioner apprehends arrest in relation to a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

The allegation is that on 27.03.2016 the informant's daughter is alleged to have been trapped by the petitioner with wrong intention and upon protest by the informant's daughter, the people assembled and the petitioner managed to escape.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31262 of 2016 (3) dt.06-10-2016 attention of the Court to paragraph 7 of the application that the petitioner was the landlord and the informant's husband was a Bataidar who had been removed from the land. It is only in retaliation of that, these allegations have been made. Be that as it may, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J) Amin/- U
