Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected but again, bail is sought on the ground that co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court and moreover, only Rs. 50,000/- counterfeit notes are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 10.1.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in A.T.S. (Bihar) P.S. Case no. 01/2016.
