That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) direction(s) directing upon the respondents concerned to allot/ settle the government uncultivated 8 decimal land situated in Mauza- Kotwa, Thana No.-21, Anchal- Kotwa, DistrictEast Champaran appertaining to Khata No.- 516, Khesra No.- 3245 as the petitioner is serving in Indian Army since 1994 and as per scheme of the government, till 50 decimals of land, the petitioner is entitled for settlement of govt. land."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
