JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard Sri Vinay Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Kumar Jha, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner who is named in the F.I.R. in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was Accountant in the Primary Health Centre, Gopalpur and on false accusation petitioner has been made accused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31825 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 Besides hearing learning counsel for the parties, I have also perused the material available on record. I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
