ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 11.03.2018 in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.86 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 417, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioners were arrested on the allegation that they had participated in the test of race on 09.03.2018. However, on inquiry, it was found that the person who had participated on 09.03.2018 was someone else. It is thus submitted that the petitioners are languishing in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44183 of 2018 (3) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 for no fault of theirs.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.86 of 2018.
