Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 208/15 for offences alleged under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The prosecution case, as lodged by the informant Sandhya Devi, is that her daughter Priti Kumari has been kidnapped by the petitioner on pretext of marriage. By order dated 10.02.2016 the victim girl Priti Kumari and the petitioner Sonu Kumar had been directed to appear in person before this Court. Today, both of them have appeared and the victim girl submits that she has been married

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43738 of 2015 (5) dt.24-02-2016 2/2 with petitioner and is happily living with him, who also undertakes to keep her with full dignity and honour.

Under such circumstances, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 208/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
